Alex Baker is the Deputy Political Director of  the Alaska AFL-CIO. He is a Vice-President of his local union, UFCW 1496. Alex holds a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and a master’s degree from Indiana University. Alex is passionate about local news and its importance to Alaska and communities across the country.
